The stylist mat has a high twist nylon top with a vinyl backing. Excellent for medium duty use in interior applications. The face is treated with an application of stain stopper to help keep this mat looking new long term. Passes flammability standard DOC-FF-1-70. Use Nitrile rubber backing for areas exposed to grease or petroleum products. 2 ply continuous filament acid dyed nylon, type 6.6, 6 x 6 twist output, heat set fiber type. 70 Durometer. 3/8″ pile height. Cut pile construction. 5/32″ guage. 10″ stiches. 0.080″ – body/border thickness. 1000 PSI (ASTM D 2707) tensil. 325 PSI (ASTM D 624) tear. Minus 15 degrees F to 130 degrees F temperature range.
